Pepperstone Withdrawal Guide: Minimum Ammount, Fee, Approval Time

When you trade forex, you need to have a reliable and efficient way to withdraw your money. This is why Pepperstone offers a variety of withdrawal methods so that you can get your money quickly and easily. In this blog post, we will discuss the different withdrawal methods available at Pepperstone, as well as how to use them. We will also provide information on fees and processing times so that you can make an informed decision about which method is best for you.

Pepperstone Minimum Withdrawal

As a forex trader, it is important to know that there is no Pepperstone minimum deposit and withdrawal amount. However, this benefit doesn't apply if you are making an international wire transfer. That is, if you are making an international wire transfer, a Pepperstone withdrawal fee will be charged. This is usually around $20 for international wires.

Pepperstone Withdrawal Limit

You are only able to withdraw 90% of your free margin when you have open trades on your account. Your current free margin is displayed under the 'Trade' tab in MT4/5 or along the bottom of cTrader's 'Positions' tab. The amount available for withdrawal updates regularly and can change rapidly, sometimes within seconds.

For example, if your account balance is $10,000 and you have an open trade with a Notional Value of $1,000, your available margin would be $9,000 ($10,000 x 90%). This means you can only withdraw up to $8,100 at the current time. The remaining $900 will be held as collateral for your open trade.

Pepperstone Withdrawal Methods

Pepperstone offers several different withdrawal methods so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs. These methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card: You can withdraw money from your Pepperstone account to your credit or debit card. This is a quick and easy way to get access to your funds. Both Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club are accepted. Withdrawals usually take 1-3 business days to process.
  • Bank Wire Transfer: You can also withdraw money from your Pepperstone account to your bank account via wire transfer. This is a safe and secure way to get your money. Withdrawals usually take 3-5 business days to process. However, if you are making an international wire transfer, a Pepperstone withdrawal fee will be charged. This usually ranges between $50 and $80.
  • PayPal: You can also withdraw money from your Pepperstone account to your PayPal account. This is a fast and convenient way to get your money. Withdrawals usually take 1-2 business days to process.
  • Skrill: Skrill is another popular e-wallet that you can use to withdraw money from your Pepperstone account.

How to Make a Withdrawal on Pepperstone

Pepperstone Withdrawal Fees

While most Pepperstone deposits are free, it is not the case with withdrawals. International bank transfers, especially wire transfers, can come with costly fees. International bank withdrawal can incur a minimum charge of $20. Credit and debit card withdrawals are free, and so are domestic bank withdrawals. However, if you are withdrawing using PayPal, 3% of the amount will be charged as a fee. Also, in the case of Skrill, $1 will be charged as a fee. Please note that Pepperstone fees may differ depending on your country of residence.
